Today's Scarlett Letter is "A" for Appreciative

Today is Veterans Day! As i sit and think about all of men and women in our armed forces who have sacrificed and is still sacrificing their lives for my freedom i can't help but become appreciative. My husband is a Veteran of Operation Desert Storm War and was discharged in 1992. I can tell you 1st hand that just because a soldiers tour of duty has come to an end, it doesn't mean that the repercussion of having been in active military serivice is over. My husband suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Because of this there are places we cannot go, conversations we cannot have and things we cannot watch. It brings him back to a place of overwhelming stress that affects our whole family. This is my story and i know there are many other stories out there. So on a day like Veteran's Day I cannot help but say THANK YOU to each and every service member out there!!! As i sleep under the blanket of the very freedom you provide may GOD Bless you and yours beyond your wildest imaginations!!! I am forever appreciative to you!!!
